Lunch time salad goodness!! I quickly popped this together this morning at the lovely hour of 6:30am whilst drinking freshly squeezed orange juice and melon. For the record it was chopped and all cooked in 20minutes!! Yey I put the quinoa on to cook first and let that boil for a bit then added the green beans. Whilst they cooked I prepared the rest of the ingredients and put them into the plastic pot to take to work. Ingredients: Spinach, rocket, green beans, carrot, quinoa, sweet corn, cannoli beans, pine nuts, tomato, walnuts and some olive oil and balsamic vinegar on top. 😊 #healthy #salad #lunchideas #quickreceipe (at Harley Davidson Australia)
