CLASSES

(Spring Term 2018)

I teach various different dance and fitness classes from pre-school through to adults in Vancouver, Canada. These include Zumba, Zumbini (music and movement), Zumba Kids Junior, MoMM and Ballet. See below for class details. 

*For more information and pre-registration please contact the centre of your interest. All classes are offered in term time. Make sure to book your spot in advance for the full term. Drop-ins are welcome for adult Zumba and MoMM. To register click on the centre link next to the class. I'm also available for Motivational Coaching on certain days and times, please see below.

ZUMBINI

Sing, dance and play as you bond with your child! Created by Zumba® and BabyFirst for kids ages 0-4, the Zumbini® program combines music, dance and playing instruments of can’t-stop, won’t-stop bonding, learning and fun! ZUMBA 

ZUMBA® classes are fitness parties that fuse up-beat world rhythms with easy to follow choreography. Styles include:Salsa, Merengue, Reggaeton, Cumbia and MORE! The routines feature aerobic dance fitness with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilises the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximise calorie burning and total body toning. It is a feel-good workout for both your body and mind. METHOD OF MODERN MOVEMENT

A conditioning class that works through a flow of movements: where fitness meets the foundation of classical dance techniques with a Latin flare. A full body workout that works on stability, flexibility, strength, endurance, and technique. The class begins with a warm-up jog around the room and then a flow of conditioning movements and exercises on the mat. The second half of the class consists of dance combinations; at the barre, and/or in the center and across the floor. Latin music brings an element of high energy and positive vibes.
